Students from the California School of Law have done very well on the required First Year Law Students' Exam, popularly known as the “baby bar.” In summary, the following chart shows that 7 out of 11 of the California School of Law's first-time takers passed the FYLSE in its last three administrations.

Information about the FYLSE and California Bar statistics is posted by the California State Bar. Be aware that the statistics posted by the California Bar for the June 2009 Baby bar contain an typographical error: 2 out of 5 of the School’s First takers passed, not 1 of 5.
General Bar Exam Results
Students from the California School of Law have not yet sat for the California Genral Bar Exam because the School began operation in 2007. The School's first students will sit for the Genral Bar Exam in February 2011. The results for the Genral Bar Exam will be posted when they become available.
