Before you begin, you should be aware of the following:

3. You have the option to complete this process using the traditional signature. You can fill out the documents online, print it and sign your documents in ink. Then mail to the CSL.
4. You agree that electronic copies of communications are valid, and you will not contest the validity of the original or copies, absent proof of altered data, or tampering.
5. If you apply or enroll in CSL electronically or otherwise, you specifically consent and agree that all electronic signatures provided on any application, enrollment agreement, disclosure agreement, contract, loan note, statement, receipt, notice, modification, amendment, and any other evidence of any transaction between you and CSL electronically are legally binding the same as a written signature.
6. By completing the electronic signature process, you are certifying that you are the person identified on the documents. Please do not proceed if you are not the person submitting these documents.
